What Products Does Life Alert Offer?

Life Alerts has three primary medical alert system options available to its customers. Those are the following:

1. The In-Home Life Alert System
The In-Home system is smart because it works with both a landline and cellular service. That means even if you didn’t have access to a landline, you could still use their system. There is a wearable help button and a base unit which can be installed in any room of the home. You can take the wearable device with you so that no matter where you are in the home, you can press it. When you use the emergency button, a signal is sent to the base station and someone from Life Alert will immediately contact you.

2. The In-Home and Help Button Life Alert System
Instead of using a traditional landline, this package utilizing a cellular network. It comes with a help button – that is also waterproof – and can be ideal for home use. The button can be used anywhere in the home and you don’t have to worry about the battery cutting out on you as it lasts almost 10-years. As strange as it sounds, the help button is really for bathrooms should you fall while bathing or using the facilities.

3. The In-Home with Help Button and Mobile Life Alert System
This combines the above in-home systems and comes with the mobile Life Alert feature. If you opt for this package, GPS can be used to track your location. That means if you’re away from home and has an accident Life Alert can be used to trace your location. Of course, you need to be located in the United States for this system to work. This package is really impressive because it’s ideal for home use and while you’re out and about.

4. Additional Services
Life Alert also provides services for shower emergencies and medical emergencies. For instance, there is a wireless help button for shower rooms. This can be mounted in the bath, shower, or next to a toilet. And, you can choose from a watch or pendant emergency button. Its impressive Life Alert can offer a few extras along the way.
